Joe Carroll is Manager of Technology Services at CITGO Petroleum. He has over 30 years of experience as an IT Professional in the oil and gas industry. He has worked in various IT roles, including Applications Development, Hydrocarbon Supply Chain Applications, IT ERP Architect, Technical Infrastructure and IT Management.

 

Carroll is a member of the Computer Science Academic Advisory Board for Oklahoma State University and a board member of the Gutierrez Energy Management Institute at the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business. He serves as the ASUG Community Facilitator for the Oil & Gas Special Interest Group and is a member of The Houston Chapter for the Society of Information Management.

 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
