Bill Fournet earned his master’s degree at Oklahoma State University carrying him into his successful career. Fournet is the president and CEO of The Persimmon Group, an award-winning management consulting firm. He founded the firm in 2004, hoping to solve complex problems for organizations of all sizes including analyzing workforce trends to help understand the future of work and how to stay ahead in times of uncertainty. Fournet is a highly sought-after speaker on generational diversity, leadership and project management.

 

The Persimmon Group was awarded the Blue Ribbon by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for its success as one of the leading small businesses in American for multiple years. The Persimmon Group was also named multiple years to the Inc. 500/5000 list for the U.S. Fastest Growing Companies.

 

Fournet has been honored as the Small Business Person of the Year by Tulsa’s Metro Chamber of Commerce and is a two-time honoree for “Most Admired CEO” in Oklahoma. He currently serves as a member of the board of directs at Boy Scouts of America, Indian Nations. Fournet and his wife, Christy reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with their three sons.
