B.S. Computer Science | Math '87

 

Charlene Leubecker has a wealth of experience in developing and leading strategic organizational change initiatives, as well as the design, delivery, and support of enterprise wide information assurance capabilities to enable mission objectives.  For over three decades, she was dedicated to the protection of the Central Intelligence Agency’s internal computer systems and was named one of Washington D.C.’s Top Women in Technology in 2015.  During her career, she served within the Intelligence Community in a variety of technical and executive management positions and is a critical thinker known for her ability to rapidly transform organizational elements to meet future needs.  She is equally known for her ability to develop and implement balanced solutions to complex technical challenges.


Recently retired from the Central Intelligence Agency, she now leverages her experiences in safeguarding national security systems to guide a variety of companies and organizations on developing, optimizing and implementing their own robust security programs.


She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science awarded by Oklahoma State University in 1987.
