Site Visit Public Forum
The department's graduate program, Master of Science (M.S.) education program, in Communication Sciences and Disorders will be undergoing a site visit by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as part of the department's re-accreditation application. The department is accredited by the CAA of ASHA and invites individuals having knowledge of the program to attend the public forum and provide input to the site visit team.
The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Oklahoma State University will hold a public forum:

Written input may also be provided by the public prior to the site visit according to the following protocol:
- Comments must identify the Oklahoma State University program.
- Comments must relate to the program's compliance with the standards for accreditation. A copy of the Standards for Accreditation and/or the CAA’s Policy on Public Comment may be obtained by contacting the Accreditation Office at ASHA, 2200 Research Boulevard, #310, Rockville, Maryland 20850, calling ASHA’s Action Center at 1-800-498-2071, or accessing the documents online.
- Comments must be submitted to the ASHA Accreditation Office no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled site visit on Monday (March 10) and Tuesday (March 11). Comments received less than 15 days before the visit will not be provided to the site visit team.
- Comments must include the name, address and telephone number of the commenter, as well as the commenter's relation to the program. Such information allows the Accreditation Office to verify the authenticity of the information provided.
- All comments must be signed.

Receipt of the comments, acknowledgment of the timeline of receipt as well as verification of the source will be acknowledged by the Accreditation Office. All comments will be provided to the site visit team chair, but anonymously, a minimum of one week before the visit. The team will consider all comments as compliance with ASHA standards is reviewed. If appropriate, comments will be addressed in the site visit report.
