Barbara Whitlow

Bio
Barbara Whitlow is an M.A. Public History student who received her B.A. in History with Business Essentials from Oklahoma State University in December 2022. Her research focuses on desertion and execution during the American Civil War. She also has experience writing for the Oklahoma State University archives.
