The Flourishing Collective

The Flourishing Collective brings staff and faculty together to consider ways to resist and reimagine unhealthy aspects of life in higher education, by creating spaces and practices of collective flourishing. We will feature speakers, engage with readings, and host workshops that sustain ongoing conversations about culture change, balance, and thriving in academia.

The Flourishing Collective is a new collaboration between Gender, Women’s and Sexuality Studies, the Faculty Council for Gender Equity, and the OSU Center for the Humanities.
