Pre-Surplus Form
To arrange for computers, laptops or tablets to be sent to surplus, complete the Pre-Surplus Form to allow us to properly remove data from hard drives.
Wipe Request
To have data permanently removed from a hard drive, complete the Hard Drive Wipe Request.
